Flowy is powered by Anthropic's Claude, one of the leading large language models. When you chat with Flowy or ask it to draft an email, your request and the relevant business context (like client names or appointment details) are processed through Anthropic's API to generate a helpful response.
For finding relevant help articles and documentation, we use OpenAI's embedding technologyto power our internal knowledge base search. This only processes our own product documentation — not your personal or client data.
Your photos, gallery images, and files are never processed by any AI service. AI is used exclusively for text-based tasks like conversations, email drafting, and business data lookups.
If you connect your Google account, Flowy becomes even more useful. It can check your real availability when a client asks for a date, and send emails directly from your Gmail so everything stays in one place.
When you ask Flowy something like “Am I free on Saturday?”, it reads your calendar within the app and uses Anthropic to put together a clear answer. When you ask it to send an email, Anthropic generates the draft and your connected Gmail account handles the delivery.
