How much does Focus Flow cost?
Two plans, nothing hidden: Starter at €19/month and Studio at €39/month. Pay yearly and it drops to €190 or €390 per year — about two months free. Unlimited archive backup is included in both, not sold separately.
Do I need a credit card to try it?
No. The 14-day trial starts with just an email address — no card, nothing to cancel if you walk away. You get the full Studio feature set with 30 GB of storage, so you are trying the real thing, not a demo.
What does "unlimited backup" actually mean?
When a gallery expires, its original files are moved to long-term archive storage automatically — at no extra cost, with no size cap, on every plan. Your work is never deleted because a delivery window closed.
What is the Founders Program?
The first 100 photographers (50 Starter, 50 Studio) lock a lifetime rate: €119/year for Starter or €299/year for Studio, forever, as long as the subscription stays active. Annual billing only. The spot counters on this page are read live from our database.
Can I run more than one brand or studio?
Starter includes 1 brand, Studio includes up to 3 — each with its own branding, clients, galleries and settings. Need another? Add one for €7/mo whenever you want.
Do you take a commission on my shop sales?
No — 0% commission on everything you sell through your galleries. Payments go straight to your own Stripe account; the only fees are Stripe’s standard processing fees, which go to Stripe, not to us.
Can I export my photos and data?
Yes. Your originals stay downloadable at full resolution, and bulk export tools let you take your photos and business data with you. No lock-in — if Focus Flow stops earning its keep, leaving is easy.
Can I cancel or switch plans anytime?
Yes — upgrade, downgrade or cancel directly from Settings → Billing. It is self-service through the secure Stripe portal: no emails to send, no phone calls, no retention scripts.
