How much storage do I get on each plan?
The Starter plan includes 100 GB and the Studio plan includes 500 GB, shared as one pool across photos and videos. Studio also adds free unlimited archive backup for expired galleries. You pay only for active storage, so there are no surprise per-gigabyte overage fees.
What happens if I run out of space?
You add a storage add-on in a couple of clicks from Settings → Subscription — blocks of +100 GB, +250 GB, +500 GB, or +1 TB stack on top of your plan. You upgrade only when you actually need the room, rather than paying upfront for capacity you may never use.
Do photos and videos share the same storage or count separately?
They share one unified pool. A native video file counts toward the same quota as your photos, so you manage a single number instead of juggling separate photo and video allowances. Native video upload is a Studio-plan feature; Starter galleries are photo-only with Vimeo or YouTube embeds.
How do I know how much storage I'm using?
Open Settings → Storage for a dashboard showing used space, percentage of your quota, and a breakdown by tier, or ask Flowy for your current usage. Focus Flow emails you at 80% so you can upgrade or clear old galleries well before uploads are ever blocked.
