What happens to my galleries when they expire?
When a gallery reaches its expiry date, Focus Flow automatically moves it into secure long-term archive storage instead of deleting it. The archive is free and has no time limit while your subscription is active, so a couple who returns years later can still get their photos back.
How do I get an archived gallery back?
You restore it in a click from Settings → Storage, or by asking Flowy. The photos and videos are pulled from cold storage and put back at their original links, so the gallery comes fully online again — no ZIP to re-import. Restore takes around 12 to 48 hours, and you get an email when it is live.
Does the unlimited backup really cost nothing extra?
Yes. Archiving expired galleries is included free with your plan, with no per-gigabyte charge for the archive tier. Your work stays backed up for as long as you stay subscribed; if you cancel, there is a 30-day grace period to re-subscribe before archives are purged.
Is there a limit on how much I can archive?
There is no time limit on archived galleries while you are subscribed — they are kept indefinitely, which is what makes free unlimited photo backup possible. Active galleries still count toward your plan's storage limit, but once a gallery expires and archives, it no longer uses that space.
