What is the difference between a normal gallery and a proofing gallery?
A normal gallery lets clients favorite photos with a heart and download freely, while a proofing gallery uses star selections so they pick the final images for you to deliver. Proofing galleries can set a selection limit — for example, choose 30 for the album — and keep downloads off until you send the finals.
Can I deliver photos and video in the same client photo gallery?
Yes. Every gallery combines images and video in one branded link, so clients see the highlight film alongside the stills. You can embed Vimeo or YouTube on any plan, and native video upload — MP4, MOV or WebM files up to 5 GB, streamed adaptively — is included on the Studio plan.
How do guests find photos of themselves at a big wedding?
Guests use Find My Photos, the built-in face search. They take a selfie in the gallery and instantly see every frame they appear in. The selfie is never stored — it is compared against the gallery and discarded after matching. You can also let guests upload their own shots to the same gallery.
Are galleries private, or can anyone with the link see them?
Galleries are private by default. You can add a password or PIN, set an expiry date, and control per-client access, so only the people you choose can open a link. Password-protected galleries ask guests to enter the code once, then photos and video work automatically for that session.
