Add the MCP server URL (https://focusflowstudio.app/api/mcp) as a custom connector in claude.ai or ChatGPT and sign in with your Focus Flow account. Connection uses OAuth 2.1, and during sign-in you pick the studio and choose exactly which permissions the assistant gets. No code or setup is required.
