It works through a curated set of tools, and every outbound action such as sending an email needs your explicit confirmation first.
Add the MCP server URL (https://focusflowstudio.app/api/mcp) as a custom connector in claude.ai or ChatGPT and sign in with your Focus Flow Studio account. Connection uses OAuth 2.1, and during sign-in you pick the studio and choose exactly which permissions the assistant gets. No code or setup is required.
It works across a curated set of tools: your studio overview, schedule and availability, client, lead and job lookups, gallery stats, unpaid invoices and revenue, plus guarded actions like creating a lead or drafting an email.
