If Gmail is not connected, Focus Flow's two-tier system falls back to its own provider with a Reply-To header set to your business email, so messages always reach clients.

Photography email automation covers transactional messages tied to your work: booking confirmations, payment and payment-schedule reminders before due dates, and gallery delivery notifications. Invoice and payment reminders send on their own schedule. Flows can also trigger emails at specific steps, so follow-ups go out at the right moment without you having to remember.

Yes. Focus Flow includes twelve pre-built email templates covering quotes, payment reminders, gallery delivery and more, plus custom templates you create yourself. All of them use your studio branding and merge in client details, so each message feels personal rather than mass-produced. You can also schedule an email to send at a chosen time.
