Every signed contract keeps an audit trail with timestamp, document fingerprint and signer details. Rules differ from country to country, so check your local regulations for your specific contracts.

Clients sign electronically from any phone, tablet, or computer, with no app, printing, scanning, or mailing required. You send the contract, they sign in a few minutes, you get notified straight away and the signed copy stays in their portal.
